TraceBar.zip   -->   /user/share/codeblocks/
libTraceBar.so -->   /user/lib/codeblocks/plugins

Ya, you are right.
libTraceBar.so is  in the 32bit of codeblocks in the debian.Short term I will not use the 64bit.
Tracebar source code that include win32 build target and debian build target .
Maybe compiled in 64bit by somebodyself if somebody need
