On my 2 ubuntus(PC and netbook) I'm getting these when I'm scrolling down. They disappear if I press F2.

I am using the latest version(10.05), fresh installed. I also have codeblocks running under WinXP on the same PC and it works fine.

Suggestions?

Looks like a graphics driver problem. Does Scite work?

Flawlessly...

I will try messing around with the drivers though.

Can you try a nightly build?
You can find info how to install it here: http://apt.jenslody.de/

Also you can try to disable the compositor (compiz or whatever it is called).

If I am not mistaken it is a wxWidgets problem that started with Ubuntu 11.04 (I am not sure which version exactly). However, Ubuntu published a fix for this long time ago - are you sure your computer is up to date with all the Ubuntu updates?

Updated my system(took ages), seems to work fine now. Strange, I thought I used CB and Ubuntu 11.04 before without problems...
Thanks for your help.
