Title: Predefined macros

Hi,
I'd like to know if there is a predefined macro when compiling via the Code::Blocks IDE, like CODE_BLOCKS or code_blocks or the like, because I have some debug action to do according to the IDE I am using.

No there isn't any, but if you think it 'd be useful just submit a feature request for it.
