Title: C++ Help&documentation viewer plugin (like msdn)

Hi,
I understand there is a plugin that I can use to display documentation about keywords and library functions.
Where can I get and the c++ documentation as well (offline version not online)?

This is not related to codeblocks but well here is a nice website

They have a help file in CHM format that you can integrate to the help plugin on codeblocks (really handy)
