Dear dmoore,
it seems that the new nightly build CB_20090721_rev5696_win32 cannot correctly load your plugin.
Have you check out your plugin with the new build????
I haven't updated yet. Give me a couple of days. Will let you know. If you can't wait you can always build from source:

I've updated FileManager and PowerShell plugins to build with AUI (hopefully :))
cd [codeblockssource]/src/plugins/contrib
svn checkout http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/cbilplugin/branches/FileManager
svn checkout http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/cbilplugin/branches/PowerShell
if on linux, you may have to roll back to rev 301 for the FileManager to work:
svn -r301 checkout http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/cbilplugin/branches/FileManager
(In case I don't get to fixing the problem in rev 302)
The winXP builds of FileManager and PowerShell (against the 21 July 2009 CB nightly) are here:
http://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7745
(they should hopefully pick up your old ShellExtensions settings correctly)
Ok thanx alot ;o)) I am still waitin´

Hmmm I think I have misunderstood somethink. But you wrote

File 'FileManager_304_5696.dll' not found in C:\.....\FileManager_304_5696.cbplugin'

Man... unzip the cbplugin file(s) and install manually.
@dmoore: Just a guess: The DLL's are not named like the ZIP, right?
or try renaming FileManager_304_5696.cbplugin as FileManager.cbplugin

It's common in my country meaning something like "buddy". But if you don't like it - I don't mind.
In my country it is not so elegant ;o)
