Title: Diolog for opening files in win32 GUI project

I have a problem, I can not call the dialog for opening files. Samples from the Internet do not work correctly. Prompt please how I can realize win32 fileopen-dialog such as in the picture below?

You should ask it to a C++ forum instaed of here.
