Title: how to make it white?

Hi! I try to use CodeBlocks on ubuntu and after some time I found that I can't change the color of that blinking stuff. I didn't find the option to change the color of that thing. Is there any way ?

"Settings -> Editor -> Margins and caret -> Caret -> Colour"
