Title: No EVT_EDITOR_OPEN on File->New File

Is this a bug?
In RC2 menu->File->New File creation does not isuues
an EVT_EDITOR_OPEN or EVT_EDITOR_CLOSE when createing a new
file.

Do you mean by "now" that it's fixed in RC3?
Or do you mean its ok in RC2 and I'm off my rocker?

It was just fixed in HEAD.
