Title: Dependencies dont work and RightMouseClick on file in Management crashes C::B

If .h file is changed then .cpp is not recompiled until rebuilt of whole project manually with Ctrl-F11

If file already open or used before and right mouse click on file in Management then C::B crashed

C::B version, OS, exact steps to reproduce etc.
