When I run the exe file ,the system display "Cannot find the file "mingwm10.dll"". Where can I find it? ???

I assume you use a nightly build. Look at the page where you downloaded it. There you usualy find a link to a fitting mingwm10.dll.

Note: If running a self compiled program look first for the missing DLLs inside the compiler folders.
