The forum site sure got "pretty" lately. But this blue type on
blue background is sure hard on "over 40ish" eyesight.
It keeps winking out on me

Set your profile to use the "babylon" skin, then it will look like it did before.

Umm.... don't know, let me see where it is...
According to this help page (http://forums.next.codeblocks.org/index.php?action=help;page=profile#edit-owners), it should be in Profile -> "Look and Layout Preferences", just above the time format. But I don't see it there...

this was exactly the place where looked intuitively (without even noticed the existence of any help page :) )
It appears that the permission to change the avatar and your subtitle is the same as the one to change the forum skin... so you should be able to do it.
Here is where it is located:
Nope, not there :(
I like the new theme though :)
this is what you can see as unprivileged onu
(but i may delete my account ! )

Hello,
From my side a new theme would also be preferable (also impossible to change the actual one with my "privileges"). But if not possible, I will continue to use the existing one :).

Very strange... I looked it up, your primary group is "Developer" and that group may do explicitely do everything with your own account (except change its title or group, lol). The same is true for all "Regular" users (or higher).
Anyway, telling you that it has to work doesn't really not help you... do you want me to change your forum skin to "babylon"?

yes please, give it a try !
Better now?
I can't change it either. :( Anyways I believe we don't have the right privileges.

I think most of us aren't "profile owners" whatever that means.....

have you changed my configuration ?
sorry, no i can't notice any change :?
(i've reloaded the browser, cleared the cache and
even tried with my second source browser aka firefox :)
from which i post this message )
Hmm... funny. Says "Current Theme: Babylon Theme (change)" for user tiwag. So maybe it does not work...?

And make the Code::Blocks title at the very top left take you to www.codeblocks.org :D

yes , the other themes are showing the SMF standard icons (also acceptable IMHO )
if you go for tweaking the forums display, please adjust also the size of

Yes, the babylon theme still uses the bar and triangle icon.

Patience is a virtue ;)
The old theme should work OK now. For the board images, you might need to force a refresh (Ctrl-F5)...

thanks Yiannis - well done !
there is a small glitch left in the babylon theme, the unread forum icons are smf ones instead of the (beautiful) blocks :)

When I switched to babylon theme, I had all the icons as smf, instead of the block ones. Moreover, the Code::Blocks title did not allow to go to www.codeblocks.org :(. So, I switched back :).

Did you try a refresh (Ctrl-F5)?
Never mind, fixed it now (you still need to refresh ;)).
Oh and I fixed the link to www.codeblocks.org.
