Could just be something screwed up on my end, but if I open a project, change a source file then quit C::B, I don't get the save prompt and nothing is saved. I do get it if I just close the file. Anyone else seeing this?

(Ubuntu 13.10 AMD64)

Works correctly here on 9573 with wx3.1svn and 9571 with wx2.8 .

Odd. I am using my PPA. Possibly just one of my plugins...
