Why are there no nightly builds for Ubuntu Xenial 16.04? There are builds for the 16.10 and 17.04, but 16.04 is the LTS, and therefore the most used. The latest build for 16.04 is 13.01 in the xenial repositories.
Unless the dist has become easier to set up for build in the last 3 years it takes some time to do, but I would be happy, once I get set up, to build nightlies for 16.04, if it is just a manpower issue.
Where are you looking for builds?
The only ones for Ubuntu are damien moore's ppa, but like I said, it has everything except xenial.
Are there any issues building CB on Ubuntu Xenial? Dependency issues?
That is to say, the only nightly builds.
I see that here https://launchpad.net/~damien-moore/+archive/ubuntu/codeblocks/+packages there are packages for xenial.
I guess if you're interested in night builds you could setup your own ppa. It shouldn't be that hard.
I completely missed that one. Thanks!

Dear blauzahn
Many thanks, the second instruction worked. I don't know how I missed that, I did search everything ... I may have miss-understood the menu item Open File List to mean "open a file list" vs. "view open file list" ... as always, I am imperfect :-)
Many Thanks
