Bug reports are best reported in the tickets section on sf.net.
Also exact steps to reproduce might be helpful. And also version and os.

Crazy site to navigate, and the ticket area doesn't look like it has anything to do with C::B. Is this the right place (https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/site-support/)?
