Title: @darmar, error linking revision 199 of FortranProject (wx3.1, 32 bits)

Revision 199 of FortranProject fails when linking because the project file FortranProject_cbsvn_wx31.cbp wasn't updated with the rest of cbp files to include fpoptionsprjdlg.cpp, fpoptionsprjdlg.h and others.

Makefile.am also requires changes that add new files in list of .cpp and .h sources.

Required changes were committed to FP SVN trunk (Rev.202).
