Title: Remove gdb_types.script from projects

Hi,

\codeblocks_sf\src\scripts\gdb_types.script file deleted by svn11414 but not in the project files. I don't know if it's intended but here is a patch (hope I created properly) that removes the file from projects. (Patch created against 11459)

Yes, I've forgotten about this. I had a patch for this on my computer.

In svn... I've fix all the cbp files now. I don't know why I've forgotten the first time. :(
