Title: Comment buttons on the CodeBlocks panel

Is it possible to create two buttons on the toolbar, one of which comments on the code, and the other - uncomment?  It's not very convenient for me to use the keyboard on the tablet.

Nope. :(
I want to make a configurable toolbar,  but I cannot get to it and do the actual work. :(
