I feel that the debug line mark is too small and it is very difficult to look at the screen when debugging. So is there a way to improve it?
I do not think that this marker can be altered...
To make things more visible you can highlight the cursor line
Settings->Editor->Syntax highlighting->Active Line
Settings->Editor->general settings->Other editor settings->highlight line under caret
