Print Page - No project options showing

I tried both codeblock 17.12 and latest release also.
When I tried making project nothing appears on screen?
GNU GCC compiler is selected?

I want to make console application to printf some text toi get started.

What do you mean by "nothing appears on screen"?
What are the exact and detailed steps you've taken?

Theres nothing to select which project to made. No option for going next
I just insatlled a latest version ming32 on window 10(64 bit)
