Title: how to contact administrator?

I am often geting this mesage on this forum:

"Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator."

But how to contact the administrator?

That message is shown because you are trying to use non-ASCII characters in your post, that is a known problem in SMF 2.0.18.

I am not using non-ASCII characters, was even able to save the content of taht post in ASCII text file.
