Do you think, that this is really a wx problem/Win XP problem? The Toolbar works with 22px*22px icons... ???
I have a problem with this build. When I load the OGRE engine workspace, I close the projects which I don't need, and I want to save the workspace, C::B always crashes. Here's the error log:

I get the same error with the previous nightly builds, too. The strange thing is the non-OGRE workspaces/projects are okay, I can modify and save them without this crash.
could you post such a workspace and the projects it contains. Feel free to have it only contain some dummy projects.
Here's the workspace file and (hopefully) all of the project files (in a 7-Zip archive): http://rapidshare.de/files/20051077/projects.7z.html
I have downloaded them. Hope it can be reproduced without the source files.
Do you still have the problem if you would unzip this 7zip in a totally new spot ??
I guess I can fill whatever I like for the global variable stl_port ?

I guess it's better you download:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ogre/ogre-win32-v1-2-0.zip?download (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ogre/ogre-win32-v1-2-0.zip?download)
...and:
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ogre/OgreDependencies_CBMingW_STLP_1.2.0f.zip?download (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ogre/OgreDependencies_CBMingW_STLP_1.2.0f.zip?download)
This will also include the workspace and all project files (next to the sources, libs and dependencies... ;-))
With regards, Morten.

OGRE has a complex directory structure which is hard to reproduce, so I just took out the main workspace and the required project files, and I zipped them. I'm also think the best way is to download the OGRE sources and the Code::Blocks dependencies, and try it yourself. Sorry! :(
found a small graphical glitch :
you can move the upper slider-bar of the message-pane right under the icons in the toolbar. ok, thix is fixed reloading the default-layout, just a little bit annoying :)
when trying to pull it out i even got a crash one time (tried this several times but couldn't reproduce it).
thought this wasn't intended behaviour

Yea I have done this before. Kinda annoying. :P I'm not really sure why this is allowed... :?

It's a known bug of wxAUI. IIRC there was even a patch for it.

Ok. We will have to wait for the next version I guess.......
You have done such a work ! Bloody marvellous ^^ !
Just those few features are missing to my mind:
-It should be great to be able to create a virtual tree with virtual directories for each projct, like in dev-cpp
I think the icons in the preferences panels are too big.
And is it possible to put the windows like this:
__________
| | |
|1 | 2 |
| | |
|------------
|______3___|
with 1: project view
2 code
3 debug
I don't succeed in putting them like I would like to .Is there any tip ?
Thx.
Just go on and cd will be perfect :D

As for the layout I think you can.... I'm not sure how.

You can switch them off here: Settings->Enviroments->View->Settings icons size
Ok thanks for all ^^
I return to the rc2 since I encounter a bug with the compilation of my project :
the *.exe is built but suppressed 1 second later so I can't test it :'(
ps: I add that the extension handler is a wonderful feature ! Good work ^^

can you be a bit more specific about your problem. Going back to RC2 is such a shame ...
Sure I can and I know it is difficult to go back to the rc2 after having seen all those features :
I have a project that links SDL_ttf,SDL,opengl,fmod.When I push F9,cb says to me that nothing has been built yet so I build it.There is no error.I can see it in the windows explorer but the executable suddenly disappears 1 second later as if it was suppressed by cb.
I have windows XP sp2 with an AMD 1500+
If you need other precisions, just tell me .
Best regards
Ps: Sorry for my poor English.I wish it would be correct :$
Ps2: Are virtual directories suc a complicated feature that we have to wait until the 1.5 ? because it's very annoying not to have it
ps3: that's all
ps4: good week-end ^^

Hello,
That's strange. I never had such a problem with C::B, Visual Studio, Dev-cpp and some other IDE. If there where no exe, it was because an error occurred or because I looked at the bad directory.
Did you see the exe disappear or it is just that you did not find it? Did you look in the right directory?
Best wishes,
Michael
I saw it disappearing . That's the strangest.
I will try to recreate the problem with the newest build.

Yes, that's strange, especially if no errors occur.
Did you check if all the options (build options, properties) are set correctly? Eventually a post-build process?

This would help to test and possibly find out a solution.
Best wishes,

Ok I tried with the build of the 12 may without any pb. I'm so happy

I think you were right.I tried to put 2 build targets.I believed I disabled one of 2 but it seems not.Sorry for trouble :(
Everything is in an apple pie order ^^
