svn4601, debian unstable, automake 1.10, autoconf 2.50

used to work until svn4600

I'll check this out but I'll checkout clean version first to make sure everything works fine.

EDIT: It should work now, I've added missing file. I'm not yet 100% sure (rebuild process is really long), but everything should work for 99% :)

Sorry, but I couldn't test earlier (sometimes I have to sleep a little bit, still not enough, of course :roll:).

Seems to work.

Build is fine, creating a new dialog with wxSmith also works without problems.
