I just uploaded the nightlies for debian to my server (see signature).
I also changed the version number from "1.0svnxxxx" to "8.02svnxxxx", because some users ran into trouble. because the 8.02 release is part of Ubuntu 8.10 now.
Ubuntu 7.04 to 8.10 Amd64 tar.gz archive (containing '.deb' installers builds with wx288) can be found here (http://www.esnips.com/web/CodeBlocks).
Build for Ubuntu i386/amd64 can be found here (http://lgp203.free.fr/spip/spip.php?article1)

thanks a lot (^^)
@Jens: I currently fail updating to your newest version. I think the problem is that I can't install the new libwxbase (I have 2.8.7.1-1.1 and >= 2.8.9.1 is needed but not installed - maybe etch-wx doesn't work on my rather old system).
Edit: Ok, got it. I needed to use "-t etch-wx" to install the right versions. Like:
apt-get -t etch-wx install libwxbase2.8-0
