Need help setting up C:B with Sourcery G++ Lite

I want to setup an open source cross compiler environment for ARM (primary for Cortex-M3) on Windows.

Downloaded and installed Sourcery G++ Lite (Gnu compiler tools)
Downloaded and installed C:B 8.02

Being new to both Gnu tools and C:B makes it hard for me to even know how to set up compiler, linker ect. in C:B.
Anybody more experienced who want to share their setup?
