does the codeblocks in the redhat9.0 have GUI ?

  i HAVE setup the   codeblocks in the redhat9.0,and it shows with the command :codeblocks --help
as the accessories help.jpg ，does it mean I have setup the codeblocks successfully ?but I can't see the GUI of codeblocks,how can I do ?
