crash while parsing source files

Is there any progress on this. It's getting so bad that it's unusable. I'm getting crashes quite frequently, and I'm also getting freezes with 100% cpu usage while it's trying to code complete sometimes.
I can post my project if you want, but it's >4000 lines now so I don't know how useful that's going to be.
