Editor window loose focus (cursor disappear) after running tool

Hi,

I would like to report one little bug:

When I run tool with launching options "Launch tool hidden with standard output redirection" the editor window loose focus (cursor disappear) and I need to click with mouse inside the editor window to start editing.

Would be possible to fix it?
