Getting CodeBlocks to Finding the Compiler on a Mac

I'm having trouble getting CodeBlocks to find the compiler on an Apple Mac.

I downloaded and installed Xcode with gcc from apple, but even when I type the directory into
settings > compiler and debugger > toolchain executables
It does not seem to find the compiler.

Any suggestions?
