compiler settings bug

Here's a bug that might be hard to reproduce. I was playing with several plugin projects in the Nov 11 Nightly. I successfully compiled one then installed, then moved to the next, which required some settings tweaks. After making those tweaks the project compiled but refused to install, with C::B complaining about missing symbols. After saving the project, shutting down and restarting, compile, link and install went smoothly. Very odd...
