debugger syntax issue

Okay ive been having issues with one certain program in the debugger folder. after unzipping and extracting all the contents into a folder that can be used. i run a build and this is what i get

how do i fix this issue?

o yea one more thing the file that is messing up is the backtrace.xrc file
