stop debugger sometines doesnot work.

I debug a program , then I choose the stop debugger in menu ,  nothing happened. I press stop debugger again , still didnot work . But I double click other project in workspace , a dialog  prompts that It will stop debugger , I press OK , the debugger stops.

I find the stop debugger will OK in 70% in my debuging , but 30% doesnot work . The double clilck other project in work space to stop debugger , 100%.

Tonight a nightly with the debugger branch will be made available,
please test it and report if you observe the same problems.

Also you could build your own version from the debugger branch:)
