build message error

i think there is something wrong (possibly or im incompetent) with my code blocks, version 10.05, as when i try to launch a console app. it says project is not build yet, do you want to build it? when i click yes the message repeats itself, i checked the file if it is in the correct folder and it is, with an obj. file as well. any pointers or hints would be much appreciated.
