USE MY LANGUAGE

Hello ,and I apologize for my english.
I have codeblocks since two years,it is good for me specialy for the simplicity.But a have a small
probleme,I dont have hight english language level,so I have difficulties to configure my IDE.
Specialy I am  working upong Qt now and I would like to built Gui's with using arabic basic or rich on it,
so can you show me how to configure my IDE for that,inorther to be abble to write texts in arabic;
inside my window's and Gui's.

it's not as bad as that , things coulded be better ,we have some work to do ,I am not very able for that
because I am not very good programmer, but haw can I contribute to change that .
