Java Project Wizard

Hi all,

I have come up with a Java project wizard, which I believe some people might be keen to use.

In the attached tarball are a tarball to be extracted to the templates/wizard folder, and two patches (to be applied inside the directories of the respective files with -p0). One is for templates/wizard/config.script, and the other is for your default.conf file (not sure if they will work properly but you can always modify those files manually).
