Irrlicht issues

Hello. I am trying to use Irrlicht 1.7.3 with Code::Blocks. I am using the Irrlicht project template but when I run the program I get the error

ld.exe||cannot find -lIrrlicht| I am certan I have the filepath correct ("C:\irrlicht-1.7.3") and I have no idea why it isnt working. Anyone have any ideas?
