Fast new cpp file

Hi, I need a method to create a new cpp file fast - e.g. using only one keyboard shortcut. In fact all I care about is that my default code is loaded. When I use "New Empty file" the my default code doesn't load because it is only for c/cpp files... Please suggest a solution.
