how to use wxsmith with C::B 's svn version

hi all ,
i install C::B's svn version, i find it can not to use wxsmith  when i create a wxwidgets project, C::B tell me :"wxSmith plugin is not loaded,can not to continue",  i don't not how to add or install wxsmith plugin ,who can teach me?  thanks...

wxSmith is a contrib plugin, so you will need to ensure contrib plugins were (built and) installed (see Installing Code::Blocks).
For more specific instructions, please post what operating system you are using.
