I can click anything almost on code block

Almost everything is colorless(grey)and I cannot click them. Example, Build, run, build and run and Rebuild. Pretty much every thing in "Build" are unusable accept "Errors", Also everything in Edit is unusable.
I repeated this question because the one before was horribly made and with little detail.
Also About 3 hours ago it was working and running perfectly find.
I don't remember clicking anything and it happened when I came back from youtube.
