ERROR UPON LAUNCH

Okay so I was coding C++ stuff on Codeblocks(im very very basic) and I closed out of it  and now when I try to open it, it gives me this error! Please help! I tried Re-Installing Codeblocks and it's still there! I'm not a tech wizard and I don't know a lot of complex computer terms so maybe step by step explanation in basic words on how to fix this would be great . Thank you for your time!

Looks like the config file (default.conf) is empty. Delete it and C::B will work again.
