openframeworks.lib not found

i just started to learn openframewoeks with C::B.
i have installed C::B 12.11 and unzip the two floder's content into the lib and include folders.
and i used oF 0.8.0 .
but when i try to open the any one of examples,and click "build",it shows

..\..\..\libs\openFrameworksCompiled\lib\win_cb\openFrameworks.lib||No such file or directory|

what's the problem???

Which operating system and version do you use ?
Which compiler and version ?
Where did you download code:blocks ?
