mingw32-g++.exe - Application Error

Getting the above error message when opening Code::Blocks 12.11 project.
Anyone know how to fix it?

I uninstalled and reinstalled Code::Blocks but still getting same error message.
Using Windows 8 Pro 32Bit.

This would be a problem with MinGW or Windows not Code::Blocks. If you installed MinGW separately from
Code::Blocks, you should try re-installing that. You can also open up Command Prompt and type "sfc /scannow"

If that doesn't work, there should be a few more result's looking for that Windows 8 error code. ( 0xc0000142 )
