New Project menu: Missing stuff

I can't believe I couldn't find anyone else with the same problem. I just installed Code::Blocks, and I went to File > New > Project..., the problem is that I must click an icon with the type of project I want to create, but there are no icons. I installed code::blocks in a folder on my desktop using _user installation (no admin rights), if that helps. What can I do?

EDIT: I noticed there is infact more stuff missing. I was looking at where to compile programs, and noticed everyone else has a "Build" option I don't even have.

Make sure the scripted wizard plugin is installed (it's done by default) and not accidently disabled.
If it is not installed, rerun the installer.
