SUGGESTION: Call for a new toolbar button - save everything

Like above, every time I just want to save everything but there is no shortcut to do it.
Now there are two shortcuts for save single text file and save all text files only.
I think many people like me not only edit the text when programming, so please add a shortcut for this function.
Maybe it is a little case.

What's more, it is wonderful if you can provide the interface to customize the toolbar~

You can use the keybinder plugin to assign such short cut or re-assign the shift-ctrl-s shortcut.
