AutoVersioning crashes Code::Blocks!

Hi,
        I've used AutoVersioning for one of my project. I've selected Do Increment and Show Changes Editor when incrementing Version, thus every time when I modify the source and build the project, AutoVersioning wil show me a dialogto write some changelogs. Then Changes Editor showed, I clicked Edit. A debug error occured! The attached picture shows the error. I thought I should select stop, and then cancel. But the CodeBlocks then crashes!
        Please give me some help, thanks.
