Changing codeblocks keyboard shortcuts on mac

I searched all around the net but I can't find the keyboard shortcuts plugin to download, nor do I already have it.  And any time someone asks about keyboard shortcuts people direct them to settings -> editor -> keyboard shortcuts, but that option in settings -> editor doesn't exist for me.  I'm running mountain lion on my mac and have codeblocks version 12.11, can anyone tell me how to change my keyboard shortcuts? thanks.
