Changing the color of the line numbers section

Can someone tell me how to change the color of this? (And the line numbers)

I'm unable to find it in the syntax highlighting.

You can change some of the colours in "Settings -> Colours", but not the changebar-colours.
Zje changebar is yellow for changed but not saved lines and green for changed and saved ones.
BUt you can switch the changebar completely off in "Settings -> Editor ->Margins and caret"
