Project not building

I'm using Code Blocks in Ubuntu 13. When I try to build and run the message "It seems that this file has not been built yet.
Do you want to build it now?" appears. Nothing happens when I click ok. The file compiles and executes perfectly via the terminal. Here are the build messages:
