According to http://forums.next.codeblocks.org/index.php?topic=1673.0, we should report bugs at http://developer.berlios.de/account/login.php.

Unfortunately, register.php appears broken from my view.

Any ideas how to register for an account or report a bug?

It's a known problem, but it looks like Berlios maintainer do nort care: http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=19249&group_id=1 .
