New Setup

Hello,

I am attempting to set up a new machine to use FLTK in conjunction with Code::Blocks.  I must have missed something because my first project will not compile.  Could someone post a link to the steps I need to properly set up my Ubuntu Linux environment so program will compile.

Another option would be to set up the Windows 7 side of my machine to cross compile for Linux.
