Need help on the error arise while build the the source code of Code::Blocks

When I use the Code::Blocks(16.01) with mingw to build the source code of Code::Blocks(16.01),the output window show the errors bleow:

where have you downloaded the code? I think there was a faulty archive with a missing dll

I would recommend to download the actual source from svn: https://sourceforge.net/p/codeblocks/code/HEAD/tree/
